Black Academy Cookbook presents to the housewife, bachelor, scholar or chef, authentic recipes from over twenty-three black African countries.
Before he can get others to respect his past, the African in diaspora must first discover his authentic heritage. Black Academy Cookbook sets out to do this and hopes that before long, authentic African cuisine will take its rightful place at the table in and out of the home.
